FAQ

Is this for the whole year or just the quarter?

This subscription covers September through December. It does not include dates when the preschool is closed. You can see a list of the dates by clicking on the Dates tab above.

Will you be offering a lunch subscription after December?

We plan to, yes! However, we want to collect feedback from you over the next few months before we finalize the details of next year's subscription options.

Am I committing to the entire quarter or can I cancel my subscription?

Yes and yes. You are committing to (and paying for) the entire quarter. However, we want you to be happy. If you wish to cancel your subscription, let us know and we will issue you a prorated refund.

What happens if my child going to be absent?

If you know at least 24 hours in advance that your child won't be at school, you can skip that day and we will send you Baked by Yael store credit for $7.50.

What happens if my child gets sick or something else comes up and they can't come to school at the last minute?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to make modifications that late. Your child's lunch will still be sent to school and perhaps someone else can enjoy it.

What happens if I find out my child won't be at school the next day, but it's less than 24 hours away?
